≪Principle of a tough coat≫

When a sunbeam is cross with painted film, the part of the infrared rays in it is changed to heat energy, and it disperses and moves in the pai-lou skin. Painted film includes the strong special material for heat exchanges, and as soon as it touches this, energy exchange occurs. Almost all of heat is consumed as kinetic energy to get up at a surface. If it's this principle, the absorption color of the heat (the dark color) and a problem of dirt on a surface are also settled.

  1. Dark painting wrap is possible.
  2. The surface is tainted and damaged, and even if it wears away, the radiation effect doesn't fall.

Background of environmental improvement in school grounds
Non-land Hitoshi Masashi of the surface pavement in school grounds was repaired at a main school in summer of 2006. "The bad of the drainage" was the reason that repair is biggest, but the one I wanted to settle another was to block heat off.
When I became barefooted, and group gymnastics and a dance of people were practiced in September before an athletic meet at the former school grounds, I had got a blister of a cold burn on children's sole. I had no choice but to put on shoes on the day which is mostly sunny reluctantly. So that it was introduced when I consulted charge of facilities for School Board, "tough coat" came. Reduction of electricity charges and energy conservation of CO2 reduction and heat island relaxation
